Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish
to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be
asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete
the order.
We accept most major credit and debit
cards. If you are outside the UK, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction to
your local currency. You can use our currency converter
to provide an estimate of the conversion.
We do not charge for any item until
it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged
until they are shipped. You may send your credit card
information by phone, fax, snail mail or via our secure
website checkout.
Because of the wide variety of products,
we are unable to define carriage charges in advance
during the checkout process. We have provided sample
charges in the 'Carriage Costs' page. We will e-mail
the total invoice value, including carriage, when the
shipment is ready to leave. If you require a carriage
cost estimate prior to placing your order, please contact
us and we will provide details. The final cost is calculated
when the goods are packed, so that we can charge an
accurate amount. Charges are based on the actual weight
or size of the shipment.
We aim to keep most items in stock and
ship within 48 hours. UK deliveries would normally be
sent by carrier or 1st class post. Orders shipped to
outside the UK are sent by air mail or carrier. See
