Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Once registered, your address details will be retained for future orders.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you are outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
Although we aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the web site, there will be occasions where an item is out of stock. In this event, we will advise the expected despatch schedule. You can then choose to either wait for the complete order to be shipped, or cancel the unavailable item, so we can ship the remainder.
UK deliveries are made by carrier or 1st class post. Orders shipped to outside the UK are sent by air mail or carrier. This is dependant on the size and weight of the order.
Tax Charges: Prices shown on the site include UK VAT until a country is defined at the start of the checkout. At this point, the prices will be corrected to exclude VAT where applicable. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import duty. You should contact your local Customs office for details.
Credit Card Security: After placing an order, you will be taken to our merchant services provider (Barclaycard merchant services). Your details are encrypted using industry standard SSL encryption. We never see your card details.
Guarantee: We only sell products that we believe represent good value for money. If you do experience problems with any product supplied by DSN Classics, please contact us. We will happily arrange for replacement where appropriate.
We value feedback from users of our products. If you have any comments (good or bad!) about anything we supply, please let us know. It helps us to help you.
Cancellation and Returns: You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the order is placed, unless this is exceeded by the Distance Selling Directive. However, DSN Classics is a customer service orientated company and should you wish to return goods after this period, please contact us and we will do our best to help. In all cases where the goods supplied are correct and not faulty, the carriage charge is not refundable and any return carriage is the responsibility of the customer. Should the order be cancelled prior to DSN Classics sending the goods, we will refund the entire value of the order, including carriage charges.
We will not accept returns of correctly supplied goods if they are special order or unique to the customer.

Insurance: Our public liability insurance covers us for up to £2million for work both at base and away.
